Harry Mooney was educated at Gonzaga College, Dublin. He obtained his Law Degree from University College Dublin in 1985. He served his apprenticeship with Matheson Ormsby Prentice Solicitors in Dublin. He qualified in 1989 and worked in Maurice E. Veale & Company Solicitors as an Associate Solicitor from 1989 to 1997 and as a Partner from 1997 to 2002. In 2002 he set up his own practice of Harry Mooney & Company Solicitors.

Harry practises extensively in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant matters, Wills & Probate. He also has extensive experience in Labour Law and Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation.

Tim O’Sullivan was educated in Beneavin College, Dublin. He obtained his Law Degree from University College Dublin in 1984. He served his apprenticeship with Gallagher Shatter Solicitors in Dublin. He qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and practised as an Associate Solicitor with Gallagher Shatter from 1989 to 1991 and as a Partner from 1991 to 2010.

Tim practises extensively in Family Law. He also practises in Personal Injury, Commercial and Succession Act Litigation. He also practises in Wills, Probate and Residential Conveyancing.

In May 2010 Harry Mooney and Tim O’Sullivan established the firm of Mooney O’Sullivan Solicitors, located at 7 Orchardstown Park, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.
